500ml bottle of disinfection fluid for use with the AG700 and AG800 Disinfection Fog Machines. The active ingredient in FLD05 Disinfection Fluid is Umbelliferol, an effective antibacterial agent with the ability to kill a variety of bacteria, yeast, fungi and viruses. It can also inhibit oxidation.
The FLD05 disinfectant works by denaturing the virus’ proteins, which makes it incapable of binding to human cells. It is effective against the influenza virus and general pneumonia. It has not been tested against the COVID-19 virus, as it is highly regulated by the government and no samples are available to test.
How long the effect lasts depends on the environmental conditions, such as ventilation and number of human movements. For example, disinfection in a car for personal use can be effective for 2 weeks, however, a car used frequently for business should be disinfected each day. In general, the more occupied a location is, the more frequently it should be disinfected.
FLD05 is safe for use by humans, but always follow safety guidelines and directions. It has a shelf life of 5 years and should be stored in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Once opened, it should be used within 6 months.
