The Made in Japan Traditional series was created by fusing Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetics with Japan's sophisticated craftsmanship. Fender's authentic DNA is revived with reliable Made in Japan quality.

The 2023 Collection, MIJ Traditional Late 60s Jazzmaster® features a gloss finish basswood body with 21 vintage-style frets, and a 9.5-inch radius “U”-shaped maple neck that provides the classic playing style unique to the Traditional series. . A six-saddle vintage-style bridge with a floating tremolo tailpiece and original pickups selected for the Traditional series deliver realistic, musical vintage tones.

This product is a reissue of a product that has been used since the late 1960s, with binding on the neck and block position inlays. This series reflects solid guitar craftsmanship and a flexible response to the needs of players.
