The Drum Producer pack includes all the rhythm based Volca units, plus the Mix and a convenient, padded carry case.
First up is the Beats, the mobile, yet powerful analogue beats machine and electribe-style sequencer. Its thick analog sounds have the power to stand up to guitar and acoustic drums, and are still indispensable for track-making or live performance. Next, the Volca Kick is an analogue kick generator that's made for sound design. An analogue circuit based on the powerful resonant sound of the original MS-20 filter lets you create a wide range of kick sounds only possible through analogue circuitry, ranging from solid kick drums to crisp kick basses. Lastly, the the Volca Drum digital percussion synthesizer has a six-part DPS engine based on a simple trigger waveform. A wave folder and overdrive are used to add overtones and distortion and the waveguide resonator effect then brings the sound to life.
Finally, you need something to plug these Volca's into, so included is the Volca Mix a four-channel analogue performance mixer that lets you construct a live setup combining multiple Volca units. The volume faders are easy to control as are the crisp-sounding LO/HI CUT filters, and a master chain that radically transforms the sound. In addition to the sync function found on all Volcas, there are also DC output connectors that can supply power for up to three Volca units. Then, to keep everything safe, tidy and easy to transport to and from the studio of gigs you get the Korg Sequenz Soft Case that will hold and protect all four Volca units.
